We have 3 main points in our charts: the Sun, the Moon, and the Ascendent. Each of these 3 main points fall into a Nakshatra, which has a specific Shakti (power, energy). You can see the Shaktis of these 3 main points as divine gifts, a type of siddhi you have, but without the effort and practice - since you were born with them.

The other astrological points also fall into Nakshatras, but the expression of these shaktis tend to be minor when compared to the 3 main points.
